Many types of company can be incorporated by using 'standard' requirements and procedures, which are often referred to as 'generic'.
However, some clients require a more bespoke service. This may be to have extra Share Classes, or specific clauses to be included in the Articles. There are many possibilities. At Murphy Thompson Moore, we have many years of expertise to enable us to advise on and carry out tailored incorporations, for our clients.
Certain types of company, such as Community Interest Companies, have to be structured to reflect the specific activities of the company. Unlike many of our competitors, we have the knowledge to do this. In many cases, we just need to add one or more of our standard services to the company to achive the desired effect, but can design a new company from scratch if necessary.
If you or your clients need help in this area, please contact us prior to incorporation if possible. We would recommend that you also read our section headed Company Secretarial, from the main menu.
Most company structures can also be amended post-incorporation.
